Terms of Service

These terms govern access to SMP Scheduling, operated by Shawn May Photography. By using SMP, you agree to use the platform only for authorized scheduling, photography-service, media-delivery, and related business purposes.

Accounts and access

Keep your login credentials secure. Accounts and role-specific functions are provided only to authorized users. SMP may restrict access to protect customer, photographer, and operational information.

Scheduling and services

Appointment availability, service descriptions, pricing, and delivery timing may depend on the property and photographer. A booking is subject to the confirmation and cancellation procedures displayed during the booking workflow or otherwise agreed with Shawn May Photography.

Connected calendars

Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. Users granting access authorize SMP to check availability and synchronize SMP appointment events as described on the authorization screen and in the Privacy Policy. Users remain responsible for reviewing their calendar and resolving scheduling conflicts. Access can be revoked in Google Account settings, which may interrupt calendar-based features.

Media and submissions

Users should submit only materials they are entitled to use. Access to delivered media may be subject to the applicable client agreement, invoices, and service terms. SMP may remove unauthorized or harmful content.

Availability and liability

The platform may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SMP is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms overrides non-waivable legal rights or separately signed service agreements.
